AAB: automate business processes with BPMN and AI agents

AAB models a business process in BPMN, runs it on Camunda, lets AI agents handle the steps that need reading and judgement, and brings people in through Microsoft 365.

The problem

Processes live in inboxes and spreadsheets

Many business processes still run through email, files and memory. Approvals stall, documents are retyped, and nobody can see where a case is stuck or why.

Our approach

Make the process explicit, then automate it

AAB turns a process into a BPMN model and executes it. AI agents take on steps that used to need a person to read, classify or draft, while people stay in control of decisions.

01

BPMN workflow on Camunda

Each process runs step by step on a workflow engine, with state, timers, approvals and a full history.

02

AI agents with Dify

Agents classify requests, extract data from documents and draft replies, using your knowledge and tools.

03

Microsoft 365

Requests, approvals and notifications reach people where they already work, through Microsoft 365.

04

Human in control

AI proposes, people decide. Sensitive steps stay under human approval, and every action is traceable.

Where we are

AAB is in development. We are building the BPMN workflow core on Camunda, drawing on our experience delivering BPMN and workflow projects for Japanese clients.
